Beat 30 - Rver Lugg, Dinmore

DinmoreVouchers - Adults 2/ Under 14s 1
Wading difficulty: n/a

Nestling against the lee of Dinmore Hill, this 1.5 mile stretch of left bank fishing is the third of the four Lugg beats that offer coarse anglers the chance to enjoy this medium to small sized river. Although trout are present in this part of the river, it is the coarse fish that dominate, and especially the chub. With barbel now registering in EA electrofishing surveys 8 miles or so upstream, however, it is not inconceivable that they will also be present. Pike and perch also occupy the deeper, slower sections.
