The Booking Office enables you to reserve fishing on some of the best main river beats the Wye and Usk have to offer for salmon, trout, grayling and coarse fish.

A list of the main river beats for which we are currently taking bookings can be found below, together with a brief description and availability of each one. You can take a day, week or season, subject to availability.

There are two ways of booking your fishing:

  1. Contact us directly - by Tel on 01982 551520 or Email on admin@wyeuskfoundation.org, (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) with details of the day(s) you want to fish, what type of fishing you want and the numbers of guests. We'll do the rest:

    • Find an appropriate beat

    • Make the booking for you

    • Provide you with details of the beat, directions and a map.


  2. Online Booking - Some of the beats you can book online - to do this

    1. Click on the beat of your choice from selection on the map below.

    2. Check it is a beat that you can book online and its availability.

    3. Select your chosen day.

    4. Register or sign in and follow intructions through to payment.

    Once you have made your booking, you will automatically receive maps & directions by Email.

It is a condition of booking that all anglers post a catch return after fishing. Please use our simple online catch return form to do so. It also allows you to comment on your day(s), which provides us with useful feedback on the fisheries and the service we provide.

Please note that once a booking is made, no rescheduling or refunds are possible. Unlike many areas of the UK, however, many of the beats operate a 'wash-off' policy allowing you to reschedule your booking should you find the river unfishable due to flood. All anglers must be aware EAW bylaws and abide by them when fishing.

The following beat list corresponds to a "North to South" order on the Wye and then "West to East" on the Usk.
