Our Booking Service in Builth Wells enables you to reserve fishing on some of the best main river beats Wye and Usk have to offer for salmon, trout, grayling and coarse fish. These range from the dramatic big river beats of the main Wye, which can be up to 60 metres wide, to the medium sized water of the Usk, Ifron and Lugg, where a good cast will have you hitting the opposite bank.

You can take a day, week or season, subject to availability. There are two ways of booking your fishing:

  1. Contact us with details of the day(s) you want to fish, what type of fishing you want and the numbers of guests. We'll do the rest: find an appropriate beat; make the booking for you; provide you with details of the beat, directions and a map. Our telephone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

  2. Online Booking. With a few clicks of your mouse you can secure fishing on a number of beats. To check availability and secure a beat Online, just click on the beat of your choice from the selection below. On that beats page you will be able to check availability, to reserve the beat on your chosen day follow the instructions at the bottom of the beat page. Once you have made your booking, you will automatically receive maps & directions by Email.

Please note that once a booking is made, no rescheduling or refunds are possible. Unlike many areas of the UK, however, most of the beats operate a 'wash-off' policy allowing you to reschedule your booking should you find the river unfishable due to flood. Please click here for more details.

To enable us to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information, we ask that all anglers complete a catch return after their trip, even if unsuccessful. By all means call or email us with feedback but easier still, click here for an on-line catch return form , which can be quickly filled in and sent to us electronically.
