Gareth Waters As a lifelong dairy farmer and native of West Wales Gareth is well placed to communicate with other landowners within the region. He has been a dairy farmer all his life and grew up on the home farm. He also runs a small sheep flock and suckler herd. He is passionate about agriculture and the environment. Previous roles have included working as a Glastir commons officer and prior to this worked at the local Agricultural college. With his work on the environmental scheme Glastir he gave advice and assisted farmers with running their own commons associations and choosing relevant options for their own holdings. Any spare time usually involves following rugby and other local events within his home town of St Clears and neighbouring Laugharne.
